Shipping and duties
We ship worldwide except, for this chapter, the United Kingdom. Every parcel is tracked. Pieces are printed by the printer nearest to you, in Indonesia or Malaysia, and ship from there after the drop closes, by the ship-by date on your receipt.

United States: duties paid
Since 2026 every parcel entering the United States pays duty. The rate follows the garment, not the order: a cotton tee enters at 26.5 percent of its price, a woven shirt at 29.7, a cap at 17.5, and a rashguard, being a man made fibre knit, at 42. We work it out piece by piece, add it at checkout as its own line, "US import duty (paid for you)", and ship on duty-paid terms so the courier does not ask you for anything at the door. The declared value is the price you paid for the pieces.
Europe, Australia, Singapore and elsewhere: paid on delivery
We ship on delivered-at-place terms. The courier collects any import VAT, duty and a handling fee before or on delivery. In the European Union that is your country's VAT rate on the goods plus EUR 3 per kind of item in the parcel, plus the carrier's fee. Australia and Singapore usually collect nothing on orders of this size. We always declare the true value; under-declaring is fraud and voids insurance.
Within Indonesia
Orders to an Indonesian address are printed in Indonesia and travel domestically, so there are no customs. Priced in rupiah.
When it ships
The drop closes, the pieces are printed, and parcels go out in two or three courier pickups. You get the tracking link by email. If we are running late against the ship-by date we tell you before the date, with a new date and the option of a full refund.
Lost or damaged
A lost parcel is replaced at our cost. A damaged one is replaced or refunded when you send a photo within 14 days of delivery. See the terms of sale.
